KIBM will be REQUIRING MASKS indoors at the event. UC San Diego strongly recommends the use of N95 and KN95 masks.

Event Overview:

Please note: November 11, 2022 is a University holiday and Veteran's Day. The Festschrift for Nick Spitzer will be presented live, in person, at UCSD. There is no zoom/virtual component to the event. Please access the third floor of Tata Hall via pedestrian ramp from Ridge Walk.

Lunch will be provided. There will be no hosted event parking. Self parking is available at UCSD. 11/11 is a university holiday and parking is free on campus in non-reserved spaces. KIBM is not liable for any parking costs or parking tickets.

Please have your digital ticket ready to check-in at the event. Please do not print out your Eventbrite paper ticket. In an effort to be eco-conscious, KIBM will not be collecting paper tickets. Check-in begins at 8:30am.

Elevator access: Due to the University holiday for Veteran’s Day, the lobby for Tata Hall will be not open to the public. If attendees need elevator access, please contact event organizers (kmichener at ucsd.edu) prior to 11/9/22 to make arrangements to access the elevators.
