KIBM Associate Director Dr. Gabriel Silva Appointed J. Robert Beyster Chair in Engineering
Established with a gift from J. Robert and Betty J. Beyster in 1995, the J. Robert Beyster Chair in Engineering supports an outstanding mid-career faculty member within the Jacobs School of Engineering. On September 07, 2023, Dean of the Jacobs School of Engineering Albert P. Pisano announced KIBM Associate Director and Founding Director of the Center for Engineering Natural Intelligence Dr. Gabriel A. Silva as the new chairholder.
